VAG cars are shite my diagnosis of the problem

Knew I should have got a Beemer some decent german build quality atleast!

my dad's beemer had a problem afew months ago, some heat sensor for the fan went and they ended up having to replace the entire fan unit. BMW wanted £650 so he took it to a "prestige specialist" and it ended up costing him £550

Mini dealer have booked the car in at Audi on Monday, now want me to drive a min of 280miles to and from work with an EML!

I'll be calling round on my dinner to cause a fuss, I don't want to risk damaging my car further, I think a courtesy car is required if the cars not to be looked at until Monday!
