Was a alright day.

I agree with Butler. Would prefer it as a spectator if it was a race.

You just never knew who was on a 'hot lap' and their true pace around the whole lap (no knowledge of the field of times, only the top 1 or 2).

Public track session at 4pm was a laugh, definately want to do a full track day there in the future.

fantastic day.. lots of action.
that Evo that rolled was a bit of a hairy moment
then the RC Developments car (orange one) caught fire.. not major but it certainly took him out of the competition..

never been to a time attack day.. will go again for sure.

oh and the Clio was amazing... holding his own against much more powerful cars.

Paul i watched your track time.. very well done mate.

heres my pics of the day... no action pics cos my camera is shite

You posts always sound like you could do sooo much better, and that you are the best.... ever

You may well be, but thats just my observation.

Have you ever been timed round Brands actaully?

Cant r'ber the spec of the Clio, but its not shy.

You gotta be joking me?

Where did you get this impression from? Read what I wrote.

FMP is the driver of the clio, off of SaxoSportsClub he's a fucking awesome driver

I never even hinted that I could do better I know for a fact I couldn't

She's a dafty! I was trying to convice her to go, but I think she'd have been rushing too much, and knackered by the time she got down there. Next Year!

Hopefully i'll be home for Rnd6 at Snetterton

Yes mate you took that completely the wrong way

I was more stating for everyone... that he was going a lot quicker than if you just look at the 'results' you posted.

Your results show him like nearly last in the list. I'm saying he looked like he was going quicker (driving better) than a lot of the cars out there!!!

Hence I'm saying he looked like he was going a lot quicker than the times he got (as he looked like he was going faster than half the pack! but didn't get the times of some of the other cars, due to lack of power!).

Hence me saying...

He was v.committed.

Fmp (Matt Pewsey) is the bloke who supplies me with my tyres and is a long term member of Saxo Sports Club. I've been on track with him and he is a VERY VERY good driver.

In my opinion he is being limited by the car he is driving compared to the rest of the pack.

Takes the piss when he's in a clio against a porsche gt3 rs in the same class.

In no way, was I saying he wasn't quick and DEFINATELY not saying I could do better

Taxi for Paul.... shove your grapes back up your ring

Ok.... missunderstanding.

I know he can drive, and I know his car is massively outclassed by the majority of the field. As far as I know he was talking about moving up to an Evo for next year.

Butler - No, i didnt read it like that. I can read

Yeah sorry mate, just wound me up as I was really impressed with his (and a lot of the driving there today) and in no way was I thinking or hinting anything like what you suggested. This site is full of people who think I believe 'I'm a undiscovered driving talent' (look at the thread in off day) and it's only made worse by people not reading what I've written properly / prejudging my thoughts and opinions.

I was geniunely gutted when I found out Fee wasn't there today as I've been impressed with her previous results considering some of the competition in the club class and it'd of been great to have cheered her on.

Sorry for flying off the handle at you.
