I dont know what I'll be doing with it yet. I want to live there but it has no parking and I'd have to drive 45mins+ a day for work, and thats before I start visiting the different shops (although would be closer to Chester).
I think I'll probably end up selling it sometime this year and either find a house around here or move into somewhere bigger and better in Manc with parking.
We rent out some of our spaces in our hotel carpark to people. Its the safest carpark in Manchester.

You probably park in the NCP public one under the hotel, which is pretty safe, but we have our own section of the car park completley fenced off, with metal roller shutters, keycard access etc. its safe as houses.

If anyone ever needs to park in Manchester, I may be able to sort out a space in our section for you, as long as we aren't full. Just drop me a PM.

Liverpool will be much better than Manc for both shopping and going out once Liverpool One is completely finished and filled with shops.

Yeah it needs finishing but it's still pretty good. Gonna have another mooch about tomorrow as only spend 5 mins in there (L1) last time. Then it's gonna be sitting outside the pumphouse in the sun time and to the echo arena for pink floyd
