had some fun with a honda main dealer already, took it to them for a cambelt change as they weren't any more expensive than a local garage. a week later theres oil seeping out from under the rocker cover. give them a ring and they said they never replace the gasket as they're good for the life of the car (which in my head was already ringing alarm bells) they said take it back to them and they'd sort it for free, which they have. when my dad went to pick it up they said the gasket had corroded, so evidently they aren't good for the life of the car

i need to buy a heater control valve for gf's Ka, only get hot air through the fan, which is fine when its cold, but a killer when its hot

just seemed crazy that they didn't replace it first time round, but whateverm its sorted now. my dad even spent afew hours yesterday cleaning the engine bay for me
