A used bike chain ring for £5 that most probably won't work with their bike, because they wear with the chain. And an old old pair of RST front forks for £10

I checked the feedback of the guy who bought the forks. He bought a Michael Caine DVD that was given away for free with a newspaper for 10p Buy It Now and 36p postage

Miskin/cardiff in south wales... fun times
I have to be there for 9.30 too for a meeting. I bet the small section of the m25 will take longer than the M1 in total.
Just out of interest......many speed cameras/patrols on the m1 ??

In 1 word, yes.
Dad and I were on our way somewhere one morning. There was a BMW Z4 M Coupé being followed closely by a Subara Impreza. We thought fair play, they're having a bit of fun. 1 mile down the road, flashing lights on the hard shoulder the Impreza was an unmarked police car and was bum rapping the BMW driver
There will be too much traffic on the M1 to worry about speeding.
