i dont work myself into the ground currently but you maybe right, im tempted to do 3 days weight sessions and then the other two just cardio.

Football has sorted the rest out.
You can't just target specific parts for 'toning' really mate. In fact I hate the word toning lol.
To tone up your chest and lose the belly you'll just have to lose bodyfat. Simple as that. You can't target and spot reduce a specific area. The weight you lose is taken from all over your body (Usually, on most, it's the belly that is the last to go though. It's a stubborn area )
i agree definately, but workin certain parts of ur body will surely produce more muscle there than if you didnt? If you want to build muscle or (Sorry lol) Tone ur chest, doing say bench press, seated row, chest press ect it will excercise that specific area more wouldn it? I agree loosing weight is an overall process, but gaining in certain areas can be done

yeah those sorts of foods are great as they store away carbs until they are needed, carbs wont turn into fat unless you leave it to build up.

also correct me if im not wrong, but if you work out for too long then your body eats away at your muscle so its best to do them in 1hr - 1hr 1/2 sessions.

Yeah definately. Weight training will help develop a specific muscle but it's only when you lose the fat that it will 'tone up'.
If you're not really overweight, I'd suggest getting a decent weight training routine set up and start eating plenty of cals (from clean, whole sources) to start the muscle building process. From then, you'll have a better base to lose fat from and tone up. That's the way I'd do it, but if you want a quick fix, just try and lose the weight straight away.

Definately. This is the main reason why most fail.

Steroids work for anyone although the effectiveness of them depends on lots of things; genetics, training, diet etc.

am going to do a good mix of weights and cardio.
sessions will look something like:
10k Rowing
20k Bike
mixture of situps and dorsal raises
10k jogging/running interval
arms
shoulders
5k rowing
10k Bike
leg weights
then swap and change from legs, arms, shoulders, chest and back.
Have been going to gym for couple of years now and have picked up loads of good tips and i can shift 2lbs in a good session.. mostly water but i do keep myself hydrated
drink between 3-4l of water a day
