I cant see why it would be; unless you specifically have problems with acid reflux and the like...

And as well as being a weight loss enthusiast, -I'm also a doctor in my spare time!

some people dont gain weight just like that.
your body is staniory for 8+ hours. none of your food is being broken down or worn off. Thus devolping pure fat.

Mixture of poor lifestyle choices throughout my teens. Over 18.5st at 17 y/o.
Subsequently made better choices r.e Diet and Exercise, and have gained good health and a brighter outlook as a result!

if i were too eat something now what would be the best bet. not been shopping so not much in. protein wise i have tuna and eggs. no meat of chicken. i'm thinking a tuna ommlette?
