insure it then, cancel the policy get a refund. reinsure with bell after youve cancelled

buy a 50quid banger which will be cheap to insure or something

or a moped, insurance will be about £300 for a year I think

You can't cancel it for free. You have to pay the first big deposit and you won't get that back.
I did this with the Corsa, a week's insurance to get it taxed etc cost me £50ish.

Just watch the small print, you could get stung if youve set up a direct debit etc.

Find an insurance company that says you can cancel within 14days of taking out the policy. I did this once, i got charged the admin fees which i was happy with

I take it you have 2 years no claims?

Just do a quote that has the 2 years NCB on it, and if it asks how long you've been driving, say 2 years, because technically, you have. ie learning to drive

My policy runs out on 5th Nov, i passed on the 9th nov, doesnt make any difference to me when i say 2 years when its 3 days short, i was even with bell once

ahhh welsh! thats cos they are based in cardiff, i work in sunny essex we do the 24 hour claims/breakdowns
