Pilot. Always wanted to fly
Snap. My work experience at Cranfield got cancelled and it went downhill from there
same here too Always wanted to learn how to fly and I think I'd enjoy it, maybe I'll look into it one day!
Really? How spooky. What was the reason? I can't remember the reason for me but it was definitely a fob off

I always always wanted to be a Royal Marine.
I'm currently a Doctor.
So there is scope to do both, we'll see what happens!

Never had a set idea but always wanted to work for myself as I'd end up killing a manager
Currently over seeing the expansion of the family business (bridalwear) from 1 shop to 6 or 7, basically doing all the business side of things behind the scenes. Will only be here for about another year then it should give me the money and experience to go and do something on my own. So its kind of what I wanted

Think I wanted to be a fireman.............like as a kid, then decided I could make more money from the oil/gas industry, which is where ive spent 6 years of my working life, another 2.5 years were spent training as a Surveyor.....but decided sitting in an office wasnt for me.

Never knew what I wanted to do, did work experience when I was 15 in the motor vehicle section of our local college and loved it so decided I wanted to get into that, ended up getting an apprenticeship then after 2 1/2 years got really bored of it, give up and went delivering pies for my dad Dad got bored of the pie and butty industry so the family started a vending machine business.
I've had quite a varied 5 years of working life upto now

When I was younger I wanted to be a copper, and in high school, I wanted to move to France and become a Eurostar train driver.
I started off in Mcdonalds building my way up to manager and decided enough was enough, applied for a few jobs - copper, didn't get that, and applied for a few jobs on the railway and I'm now station staff at Newport. Unsure whether to work my way up the ladder to train driver or try for the police again though - would like to eventually be a traffic cop.

Never knew what I wanted to do. Still don't, so at the moment I work in a warehouse for Argos. Wouldn't mind driving HGV's when i'm old enough, but I don't know yet.

Never really knew what i wanted to do when i was at school, but when it came around to leaving i ended up taking a joinery course at college and getting a job doing that.
That sort of wasted 3 years of my life and now i work in a upvc window factory.
