why dont you use the mfd moulded into the bonnet would look ok cos its not that big and daft like a scooby one would be on a corsa, or get a monteray one for a nova or a celica gt4 bonnet vent

you just want a reverse version of M9's old one as posted!
All the bodyshop would have to do is cut 3 sides of a square/rectangle out in the middle of the bonnet towards the back, bend it down then weld in two sides! the only thing to consider would be how much water would get in!

remove the bulkhead completely and use longer trumpets so that the filter sits directly under the scuttle panel, raise the bonnet to clear the filters (and lets heat out a bit better)
using this method my inlet temps are identical to outside temps

I also use the protech lower front slam panel, helps with airflow under the bonnet a lot!
