possibly because you have all sent it the same time as everyone has sent theres in!! so they have thousands of people waiting!

i waited 4 weeks last year ..sent it June i think

I sent mine in the last week in March so id miss the rush

After 10 weeks I phone to complain & they tell me it 'might' take another 3 weeks!!

TBF if you kick up enough of a stink with any large corporation they will always move you higher up the pile. If you get in touch with an M(S)P then it can only be a help if anything.

i have been on emergency tax for 5 months, they finally got it sorted last week, i'm due a cheque, not recieved it yet but did get a letter confirming my new tax code, which i hope is a sign i might get the cheque soon
