£48-£50 gets me about 250 miles.
town driving all the time though so i never see over 28mpg

approx £60 for a full tank ie from light flashing get 4 - 450 out of it, 2.0 dti astra mainly motorway driving

Last fill up was £40. Had got near on 400 miles for that. I bet on a proper long journey at not revving the nuts off it, i.e. 60mph instead of 70mph, it would return better

Trust me, you don't. Granted, around town it's probably quite good. But it's painfully slow and to get good MPG you have to drive it like a granny.
Mind you, I'm more relaxed when I get to work/uni after sitting at 60mph rather than 70mph.

I didnt think it was possible either my brother's VTR always was in the 50s, I wouldnt belive it for shit untill we worked it out using a proper formula. He used to get around 60+ miles with the red light on

so far iv averaged 52.1 on this tank normally around 48 but im trying not to fill up again this month so only trying to drive to work and back and trying not to put my foot down
