For every 1 pence increase on fuel, their annual fuel bill is increased by £70k. Fuckin ouch.

everyone is moaning about it but not taking any action?! If you want it to change then do something about it.
Moaning on the internet will not solve anything.

They rekon by the end of the year it will go upto 1.50 a litre near enough
-
The cost of petrol will hit £1.50 a litre next year, forcing many motorists off the road altogether, it has been claimed.
Costs to soar next year? With prices currently at an average of 109.8p a litre drivers are forking out more than £61 each on average to fill up their tanks, according to uSwitch.com.
The comparison website says this is a 25%, or £12.27, increase since 2007 when a full tank cost £49.22 (87.9p per litre).
However, new analysis by uSwitch reveals that things could be about to get far worse, with the cost predicted to go up by another 37%.
It says motorists could then expect to pay £84 each time they need to fill up - £2,637 a year.
