Why worry about the age that people can drive cars? Within a couple of years 17yr olds won't be able to afford the fuel for cars anyway

being honest i dont think raising the limit will ever stop this sort of thing i got a mate he is 2 years older than me so he is 24 and he drives like a prat so i tend to avold being anywhere near him (thought he would got the hint by now) he has 2 kids and everything but as soon as the kids are out the car drives like a complete badger

it will also be down to inexperience, which will still happen at 19, 21, 25 whatever you will up the age to.
