Great service was provided to me a few weeks back. They were the only company that had my polybushes in stock, at the best prices too. They came within a few days.

Shame another thread has been lashed on here rather than chasing via phone etc. Mud sticks and all that.

He maybe needs to think about employing someone

Sounds like he should given his quality reputation, it can all start to go wrong very quickly if he over commits himself.

Lots of companies are struggling to get parts in at present for variuos reasons, I am suffering as well.

Now the thing is, companies that deal with sales of car parts dont just hang on to the orders and parts for as long as possible, most just want the order in, paid for and sent out ASAP. They have no reason to just take an order and leave the bits sitting on the shelf, they want rid of them so they can get on with other orders and work.

I am currently waiting on parts for 5 orders from different manufacturers, the manufacturers say they will be done in a few days but sometimes weeks later they arent done!

Look at the mess I had with my cams for an example. I waited 9 weeks for them to be made and I was messed about massively, so I canceled the order and got another company to make them so in total it tool 11 weeks for my own cams, if that was a customer on here that had posted and complained about me taking 11 weeks to send out parts, would that be fair?

I feel its always worth chasing these matters up with the company you are buying from rather that posting complaints on the net, will get you a lot further a lot quicker.

I have never had any problems with ordering parts from him. top service.

as Dave A said there are problems with manufactures making the parts and sending them out, you have to remember that not all parts are keep on the shelf so they have to be ordered and the delay gets passed down.
