what monies???

there is no monies involved!

i did 15 mins on running machine, 10 mins on bikes, 5 mins on sit ups, about 10 mins on weights...

next week im going to learn a some techniques witht he punch bag! and i want to do an arobics class! wooaahh get me!

i condone ure taste in friday night beer and food paul.

please tell me tomorrow consists of any old tennents kicking around chips and a burger from somewhere then stella pints in the pub before 6pm and on it all night?
