sorry to say mate, but it is gash, also what are you doing with the masking tape and painting up to them. Your going to get a build up of paint, which once lacquered will show up. Also with a basecoat your better of painting it all at once incase its uneven or cloudy. For a novice first attempt on your own car its ok...but then to offer to do other peoples....hhmmm maybe not. Id take your time, or maybe get the one of ya mate n start agagin n do it right

Seen as im still an apprentice, and its a garage that works on bonus, my mentor likes to get at least 15 hours of work in a day, so he rushes and doesnt get me doing much filling, bit shit tbh, do some though, just done a new 1/4 on a Audi A3 and a sill section, door and wing on a Clio, did the filler fine, only thing i have problems with, is the amount of filler i mix up, aaaaalways waaaay too much

ah rite. hes flying if hes making 15 hours a day but then ur doing jobs with him. in my work aprentices work with mentors for 2 years doing jobs so they can clock on them and then in the third they have to work alone. i had thought you were out of your time already.

my work has no bonus scheme but has a clock on time system.
