not really john, but if u look on pistonheads autotrader and find a gsi for £5k id be amazed. Parkers is worthless imo. Said my calibra was worth sub £1k when it sold for 3times that.

tom thats expensive! U can pick a 98 80k+ example for 8k. Theres much better value ones out there. Its going to be a good buy imo.

there not the greatest cars but come on people there not that bad i own a mk4 gsi in arden blue and yes im the first to admit there abit boring but i think alot of people are fooled because they feel safe/quiet but i mean the other day i had 4-people in mine plus luggage and it made no hassle about hitting 135mph+++ no bother at all....... and still pulling

they have a good stance on the road and brake well considering.....tunable and are a ok package yes people like fad dont agree with me but ive grown to like mine just wish it had the eagerness in the engine like my xe corsa does

It's 2001 though mate and can't see many on PH <£10k unless 100kish miles....
