Same recurring faults over and over again- I have about 20 booked in for repair at the moment-- all of them have motor problems or wiring faults. Quality of the plastic is appaling- parts are rediculously expensive. The vacuum itself is way overpriced. To be fair the early dysons were ok- the new ones manufactured in the far east are shocking imo.
Bagless cleaners in general are not very good- they are unhygenic, have less suction and leak more dust out into your room and motor unit than a bagged cleaner.
If you want a cylinder cleaner buy a miele
If you want an upright cleaner buy a sebo
Both these have 20 year design lifes and are out standing value for money.
