50 press ups or sit ups first thing in morning, then off to work
lots of walking / sitting about at work
walk at night
50 press ups or sit ups (depending on morning) before shower and bed

ride to & from work evry day so atleast8 miles a day and on my days off i go to skate parks and ride which is a real workout,also swimming once a week and im on my feet for around 8/9 hours at work running around like a idiot

im a carpenter so im very active on my feet 8hrs aday carrying timber, heavy doors depending what work im doing but always moving fast

I used to do none. But now i run at nights and im starting going to the gym

very physical job, do weight training ( to little effect ) 3 times a week, and play football once or twice a week

my exercise activity level is zero! 0 desk job...

i get a sweat on just walking upstairs!

Walk 80-90 miles a week with my job, that's about it really, play Pitch and Putt a couple of times a week too

Walk alot at work, and it's on rubble/rail so can get quite hard on the ankles at times, but that's about all the exercise really.

Footy every now and again when there's nothing to do at work, but I don't think that counts
