5 years should be a fair wedge, although not as much as it would have been 18 months ago, got every so slightly better with money

Was about £2k's worth of charges when I had them all ready last time

It will be more like £1k now, was getting charged anywhere between £30 and £120 a month at one point

Jesus fuck. If they have to pay back all these charges it's likely ruin our economy. I have shares with halifax and thier doing shit at the moment as it is.

I'm not saying the charges were right in any way. I got charged £100 and somthing odd for going 1p overdrawn in an account I hardly use. That was a joke.

What I'm saying is...........If the banks have to refund all the charges accross the country it's not going to be pretty is it

They don't make up charges, its all set out in your terms and conditions when you signed up for the account - LEGALLY (at the moment) they shouldn't owe you a penny.

Does annoy me this - wonder how long before accounts start being charged for......you'll be happy then.
