I apologise to all who have noticed a delay in delivery times and communication. As some people are aware i have a member of staff(my mechanic) leave the company at short notice about 3 weeks ago which has meant im full time in the workshop trying to keep up which we are getting there slowly. I have been ironing out problems this year in relation to the mail order side of the business as the increasing business growth from the beginning of this year has taken us by suprise and our internal system and infrastructure couldnt cope and to be honest there simply isnt enough hours in the day and we are struggling to keep up. To add to this i have an immense number of emails, PM from approx 35 forums and ebay messages which come to approx 200 messages a week and with a 10 week old baby i dont get chance to do these out of hours like a used to so they aretaking longer to get through than normal.

This may sound like excuses but im trying to be as honest as possible, if anybody has a problem dont hesitate to give us a call and ask for myself and i will get it sorted for you and let you know what is going on.

Many thanks and Best Regards.

Not being funny mate, but the slow delivery time on your hoses was because you ordered a single hose from 2 kits which isnt stocked so was a special order.

All of them are out of stock for the near future, i have found a supplier which is delco remi but they have to be imported from italy and should be with me for the middle of next week, i have 40 on order then all outstanding CV joints will be dispatched ASAP.

Rallyman/Chris,

I dont think you need to appologise mate on a public forum.
I beleive your an honest guy and when i had breif dealings with yourself we were let down by a 3rd party (powdercoater).
New babies/Loosing men must be a massive blow to you and i wish you all the best in keeping you buissness running and getting through a very tough time.

At the end of the day, people beleive that anything should be deleivered the Very next day, They dont understand the basic meaning of "patience", If it was that desparetly needed then they would have ordere it earlier or acctually go down to where its made.
(this does not apply/nor a rant to our oversea's freind Ole - simply a statement of my views)

It is hard to keep everything in stock and sometimes demand does catch us of guard which can lead to a delay when most products are fabricated from scrath for myself. If anything is that urgent then i recommend a phone call first to confirm stock and delivery time.
