it was built to put on a trailor and taken to shows and also to be put in a white room just after paint and have photos taken by maxpower. thats it, It cannot be driven on roads coz its bloody stupid, thats what happens when u try to use a pile of bog as a car.
let me know when it gets scrapped

relistically it could have been made into an everyday car if u were careful, chuck a reliable 1.6 sport engine in it, get some air bag suspension and would have been fine!
i just didint wanna spend any more on airs bags, would love to of tho cos could have got it even lower then, hehe

to be honest Iaz, when you made that - it was spot on Everyone was really impressed and you should be proud
I think the only reason why it has got negative comments recently, is that the times have changed, the scene is changing and so is a lot of people's tastes.
A lot of people don't like the big kits, big spoilers and big wheels now. Which doesn't mean we don't appriciate the effort still.
I think this is the only reason why people say bad things now...
... if you go back and look at a thread 2 years or whenever it was made, you'll find the same people slagging it off now, singing its praises I'm sure.
Such a shame to see how it got treated though

Yeh to be honest, I find it a shame so many people just jump on bandwagons...
Like the whole 'euro bandwagon' ... everyone doing their car euro style, I don't see that many cars like that anymore (I always thought it was shite)
I think the current band wagon is 'track spec' ... so subtle, but looks racey... so show cages, carbon, etc imo this is as annoying as big kits... as it has no purpose.
I'm one for functionality over looks, so I want my car to handle well and go quick. A roll cage is for safety / rigidity - not for 'cool factor' so show cages are lame in my eyes. Carbon fibre is used to make things lighter, so fair enough replacining body panels in full carbon replacements is fine. But skinning all your dash / wing mirrors or anything else you can find in carbon fibre skin, what the fuck is the point? it's no lighter or stronger... it just looks different.
This will pass, good riddence, as it's making a bit of a mockery of people who actually want to do track days, not just pose with a brilliant track car.
There's an example on SSC - saxo with literally thousands and thousands spent... Everything is mint, covered in carbon, shiny, best of everything, like £800 cage, 210 bhp engine which must of cost £5-10k, sequential box, etc etc... but it's all polished and shiny... it's blatently never gonna see a track (or if it does, it'll go round slowly) - it's just the latest breed of show car
winds me up, as the actual parts being used would make a awesome track car, but you can tell the owner cars a lot more about posing than using it.
