love effects everyone in different ways, and at different time scales, no rules to say what you should be feeling and by when. IMO as a lass I'd hate for someone to say they love me when they didnt, its just harsh, be honest if she asks, love may develop as time goes on, its not the be all and end all. If she cares for you, she won't punish you for the way you feel
