I know it's harsh but i think i read this in a fortune cookie once.......

"find someone less fortuate than yourself and laugh at them!"

Now im not laughing at you, im saying do it! its wierd but when i read this (the cookie) i was with some old mates so we all just started laughing at each other, its a great way of cutting tension and making you feel better/relaxed and hence more confident.

That or heaps of chocolate!!! good for the endorphin levels!

Read a book called "The Game" by Niell Strauss, it's not a confidence boosting book, nor is it a guide to seduction, but it's the real life story/autobiography of a guy who went from being a quiet in the background Dude to one of the worlds greatest PUA's (Pick Up Artisits).

You may not want to exercise the skills he mentions he learnt in the book, but it'll increase your knowledge of confidence and how to gain it, it'll also explain a lot about the "lifeskills" he has learnt over the years.

I guarantee 100% you will love this book and won't be able to put it down.

Good Luck, Trust me
