get her to work her abs...

She's already skinny, but ask her what part of her body she's not happy with (if she says her stomach) get her to tone it up, rather than lose fat off it.

Its just insercurity, not all girls are like it tbf and whatever u say wont make much difference lol

6-8 is thin enough to be honest as alot of blokes say they prefer curvy girls etc

Just a phase i think alot of girls go thru it but end up realising they are fine how they r

Yeh if thats what she means she doesnt want to look weight, she wants to build/tone a bit of muscle on her abs. Will then show through more. Doesnt look like she reallys has any fat in that region to loose

Monsters gf obviously has some sort of problem if she thinks shes fat. Leave them to it I say, you cant tell them anything other than what they think. Just never agree with them whatever you do
