thats all i got best thing to do really is give it to a girl and make them go in (the fitter the better ) and get them to say her parents bought it for her and its wrong/not needed.
(wont work if you paid by card though)

Tell them it's the wrong one and can you have managed to get the one you want cheaper somewhere else! If they dont give you your money tell them they are a bunch of robbing shits

They did this to me and my mate at one by us Rob, it sucks. forgot what we got now but was un opened etc but wouldnt take it back.

you bought it and now don't want it. they are totally within their rights to offer a credit note. your statuatory rights entitle you for a refund if product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Legally, they can tell you tough luck. but they offer a credit note policy as a goodwill gesture.

O2 and vodafone deifinatley offer a 14 day return policy, well they did 3 days ago

ive took stuff back by the football ground motorworld.returned the items after 2 hours later and i didnt fit propley and they could only offer me a credit note, i just took it couldnt be bothered with the hastle

We still have a 14 day return policy, just clawback any commissions paid on those handsets, simple really!
