i didnt say the law was for me to make him crash, he was right up my arse on his ped with about 3-4 mates with him 1 right beside him

To be fair, you should give adequate distance between yourself and the car infront, to be able to stop safely in case of emergancy... so technically swedge was in the right.
Ok so he stamped on the brakes on purpose, but it could've easily been a cat or child running across the road causing swedge to brake hard!
Ped owner will have learnt a lesson.

yeah what i did wasnt the best thing to do but he still shouldnt have been so close, if someone breaks hard in front of me i always leave enough room to break where possible
