Hi Myke, erm not 100% now because iv got a set of front shocks and springs and there fully fitted and ready 2 fit straight in, so i think i can take the standards off in one piece.What you think?

Now iv sorted my insurance i got myself some Eibach springs and Koni Shocks that i got for £100 off ebay, (thanks to sootylad and badassnow for spotting them)
let me know what you guys think

What do you think of the shocks and springs mate, worth £100.
Also, the rear springs, they have 'REAR' stamped on them, and the guy i got them from said they should be fitted with 'REAR' face up, but they only fit with 'REAR' face down, am i fitting them right????

There's only four RS's in Aylesbury (they only came in blue btw) to my knowledge- one of thems me and apparently I'm the only female owner
