Yeah I'm in pretty much the same situation.

Split up last summer, but its still raw as fuck and really doing my head in.

I've got a pile of DVD's I just don't touch/go near because its the stuff we used to watch together - which is really annoying because they're good films

guys guys guys, just fucking sever that shit off. Get rid of photos, vids, dvds, clothes and all that shit that reminds you of them, delete their number, msn, icq, aim, facebook, myspace WHATEVER links you hjave and just get on with it

otherwise you'll just get all strong and shit then BAM something will remind you of him/her and you'll be a crying retarded wreck, again.
