I have the Forge 007p valve along with a Green panel filter, as said its pretty much silent. Can hear it sucking a bit if I have the music off but you don't get the tssschhhh noise at all.
I did use to run a Ram Air induction kit, again you don't get the tsssccchhhh noise but you can hear it sucking in a lot more, I got bored of the noise though so went back to the panel filter.

I've been thinking of these wheels for mine. The ones pictured above are 18" aren't they?

I'll have you know I managed to overtake Corb in his LET coming out of Graham Hill Bend as he was just too slow compared to me! Had nothing to do with him being stuck behind a slow car either
I'm tempted by the 19" CH's but I'm looking at least £1500 for them with tyres, then I'll have to get it lowered as well!
Think I'm gonna go for a remap first.

Yeah, doubt there would be much difference between those 3 anyway. Reason why I went for the Green filter was it seemed the most popular choice over on seatcupra.net

I was lookin at a set of CH's but there pretty common on the R and there bloody expensive. That one belongs to a lad on detailing world they look kinda small imo
They look a million times better in 19's but your talkin £2k for a set of wheels
