I've driven both, i'd say the ctr is a nicer car, and would be nice to drive. But the 182 is more fun, and more torquey.

when you say you don't like the gear box do you mean where the gear shift is? Personally I found as soon as i drove it for more than a couple of minutes, you didn't notice that it was in a dodgy place .

CTR better build quality id say, id rather have a ctr cos i generally prefer them as a car, plus reving to 9k is kool

went in my mates CTR and i was like ohh this goes well then it hit the vtec and snapped my face off!!!
3rd gear wheelspin in the wet filtering on to a motorway!

yer and the combination of the throw been really small and close together. I think once you are used to it it would be quite nice I supose

Quite a tricky choice actually, both have advantages. I think i'd probably get the Civic though, cause they can look so cool done up!

CTR imo a friend has a clio 182 nice but the civic being bigger seems more practicle and is just as quick ect more grown up to imo

According to the reveiws in evo etc its a better drive as well as looking alot better 
I think cosmic grey is my favorite colour too, otherwise its milano red

gear position/gear change is one of the bst feature sin a CTR other than ona cold ornign when 2nd is not selectable for about 20 minutes
