Get a teg there is no reason to even compare it to an Ibiza, all this talk of no torque...seriously drive one and silence the critics!

Votes best fwd hot hatch by Evo says it all to me.

teg all day long, driven fair few ibiza's and been out fair few times as a passenger in a jdm teg type r and its just awesome. lack of torque is nonesense drive it on the road and you'll see it pulls hard enough.

tuning bits/ parts are cheap to import, they are reliable factory spec. interiors are

great all round car. mates one has made me look to hondas for my next car

2 completely different cars.

the teg is going to be a fair bit slower compared to your 220bhp ibiza and have a harsher ride and be more noisey though people argue it is the best handling fwd car and more track ready out the box with recaros etc.

sqeezing more power out of them is expensive aswell but its not quite so bad if you get the parts from america

torque makes sod all difference. i have a 240bhp astra with 280lbft torque, my mate has a 240 bhp Civic Type R with 200lb/ft torque, we're dead level.

I've owned an ibiza, hated it

In what way?

A car which was voted the best handling FWD car of all time by a magazine which is widely regarded as being one of the best performance car publications printed can't be bad, surely, and it definitely can't be overrated, when it was being compared to cars like the Clio 182 Trophy, MINI Cooper Works GP and 10 other similar ones, and still won?

I've driven both, I'd have the Integra.

Cheers for the opinions, be intrested to know how many have driven an ibiza with just rear spacers and suspension as this helps massivly due to the rear track being shorter, should get some coilovers this week, (better ones ) and ill go from there

Ave got coilovers/rear spacers and strut braces. Mines handles pretty shit hot, leaves a lot of integras around here.

But then u have to spend money to get it handling like that.

Standard vs standard id go integra
