Note the location of Machynlleth train station

Cli-Mach is an all day route. Starts very hard, lots of uphill but over 2/3rds are downhill after than

Not done it myself yet

i have a bike that i dont use enough, was really into it a few years ago. its only a sarcen rufftrax was slowly upgrading all the parts then going to change to a nice lighter frame. had an email from liesure lakes cycles saying ransoms from 2007 had for 2900 down from 4400.... so tempting but just don't use it enough to justify that cash

Sounds like a winner, think we'll head to Cli-Mach. Dont happen to know of any decent places to stay around there do you?

Just found this: http://www.bigfootmbc.co.uk/index.asp?page=newsarticle20060520

Looks pretty decent, they mentioned The White Horse pub?

Brilliant. It ranges from XC scenic stuff to pretty technical downhill. Very popular place

Cool.

I need a new set of pedals - can't beat a set of Azonic A Frames - expensive though and only come in Black or Polished

I don't have any tarts parts on my Demo, or my Hustler. I tend to wait for things to break before I replace them
