GTi6 brakes are a must though, the D turbo brakes are shite

I've got the 266mm off the s16's, hdi's and a fe others, loads better than the 247's and cheaper discs and pads! I'd recomend them if you can't stretch to gti-6 straight away.

Well, was quoted £720, £40 less than I was on my corsa.

Went to actually change my policy, and it went up £84

17, no NCB, on provisonal.

Hope it doesnt go above £1k once I pass my test

In your own name?
I paid £1850 for my first year with my 306 DT at 17.

Oh, and I need new front springs, one of them is snapped, that il be why its turning so hard to the left

Cant even fit my fingers under the drivers arch, passenger is fine

Got quite a big list of things to fix actually

Horn doesnt work
Wipers stop half way up the window
Int light doesnt work on drivers door (Switch)
Broken spring on the drivers side, causing the handling to go all to f*ck.
Tracking & balancing out
Sunroof motor trim missing
Hell of a noise from the engine, thinking its a tensioner.
Dipped beam is crap due to the angel eye headlights
Clutch is really heavy

Fuck sake, french

Both are red, just the sun is making them look pink

Wooly, got it for £950 after much wragling, got him down due to the spring etc.

Little work tbh, most of it is just wee things, only major tasks is the springs & tensioner, will do it all in a night.

I was insured on mine for about £900 IIRC when I was 19. Fully Comp, in my own name. It was with Direct Line.
When I was 17 it was £1850 though, so I think his is insured in someone else's name.

It has phase 2 rear lights, but i think its a phase 1 interior.

Slam panel looks to have been changed too, must of been a phase 1.

It's definitely a phase 1 (early P, the phase 2 was late P) because the tailgate is a phase 1, with the phase 2/3 bootlock. That's a phase 1 interior too, although the seats look much more supportive than the ones in my phase 1.
Either way, it looks great and 306s are brilliant cars.
