You're from Milton Keynes, which isn't up North, you should call it lunch and dinner as well

I usually have three meals a day

I never used to have breakfast, but got annoyed at having to get up in the morning when Adam doesn't so made a rule that he had to get up to have breakfast with me

I usually have lunch, unless I'm really busy

I always have dinner...you're just plain weird if you don't

I don't really snack during meals, maybe a little bit when Adam is at home.
I'm shit at diets...I love my food too much

until the last year of uni, I could never put on weight. I was always between 8.5 and 9.5 stone. never went outside of that. Anyway, last year of uni I livedwith a bunch of fuckwits and ended up locked in my room with my half sized fridge eating shti all the time as the kitchen was always filthy. In that year i went upto 12 stone; when I finished uni I dropped back down to 11 stone and started at theGym and built up to 12 stone. Anyway last few month I put loads of weight on, went up to just short of 13 stone and felt heavy, lathargic and fat. Anyway from christmas day to now I've lost exactly a stone just by cutting out the shit, no chocolate, crisps, coke etc

I don't have breakfast, have a light lunch and a proper evening meal - go out once a week for a meal out and going to the gym twice a week.

Cutting out the shit has definately ,made a difference

Under-eating or skipping meals is the completely wrong way to go about losing weight.
