but when i looked in my mirror i seen the van!!! i was driving away from it, but the windows where pointed at me as it was prob getting the people coming towards it?

It all depends you could do the police officer may of been busy doing something else. in burbage a few weeks ago there was a camera van but the police officer was outside so if anyone was speeding they didnt get done. just wait. my NIP from Leicester came within a week

The Police have 14 days to send you a Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP). They also get an allowance of a couple of days for the post to deliver it. So if its more than 17days since you were flashed they are too late to prosecute you, unless you were driving a company car, hire car or someone elses car. In these circumstances they are allowed more time to track you down
