Yes, and damn right too. He broke the rules, just like that awful Jakey did, and so they have to be dealt with appropriately. TBH IMO its fair.

Perhaps we need more clarity over exactly what will attract administrative attention and what are just guidelines.

Sometimes comments can help potential buyers if something is actually for some reason dodgy and it's not just the fact it looks bad in whoevers opinion.
