If you look at the online brochure for ferries they have a section for special offers. Just have to book in advance for those.

You have to book 2 to 3 weeks in advance to get the best prices. I think Ryanair are better than Easyjet though. I use them all the time now

£20 return from stansted to germany for me and its with ryan air booked 3 weeks in advance. also thats with no bags to check in just hand luggage and internet check in

You log onto the site and confirm your details etc, then you can go straight to security and avoid the check-in queues, provided you have hand luggage only or the airline provides a fast bag drop.

My mate says you do it before you leave and just print off your boarding cards I think you can only do it if you arnt checking any luggage in the hold

well basically its the budget airlines that do it
cost cutting and all that if you check in proper you have to pay like £3 extra and if you take luggage another tenner or so

Try being the last plane to land on the runway before the airport was closed becuase of snow.
Lighting stricking a plane would do nothing, every plane in the US has been hit at least once a year, guessing its the same for in the UK. and in fact they cause it in heavy charged clouds.

Not just budget, BA do it, used to do it regularly manchester to gatwick more time in exec lounge
