I would then proceed to spend the last 10k on a classic mini, completely sort it rust wise, new paintjob, leather inside creature comforts etc then fit a bike engine to it, shouldnt cost more than £10k, keep it in the garage for the odd joyride every now and then

edit - although in reality I wouldnt put that kind of money into a pit like a car, I would use it to help me buy a house, thus freeing up shit loads of monthly income so I can save for these such cars
