This will be my 4th Valentines, Last year we weren't together for Valentines.
Usually the local cricket club puts on a Valentines ball on the weekend closest to the 14th, so me and melissa and our friends get all dressed up and go to this.
On the day of valentines its usually i cook a meal, flowers chocolates and other pressies . Year before was meal, bath by candlelight - bed - rose petals - well you can guess the rest.

Don't think we're doing anything special its just a big hype IMO plus its my birthday the week before.
Probablly get him a card and something little, probablly end up going out for tea/getting a takeaway etc and things'll probablly lead from there

I don't think we'll be doing much this year...Adam's off to India at the end of the month for two weeks, and then I'm off skiing on the 16th, so pennies will be tight.
Maybe just a nice meal
I've decided flowers are crap....Adam got me lovely ones a while ago and they lasted about 6 days...my ma got me cheap ones from asda and they lasted about 3 weeks

last year it also matched out 6month ani so i combined them.
although it had one been 6 months complied the best photos of our time together, places we'd been etc and produced a powerpoint presentation with these photos as the background. with words in the foreground which went something like this:
slide 1 - thank you
s2 - its been great
s3 - i've already got you these presents
s4 - so what can i get you this time
s5 - 5...4....3..2..1 count down
s6 - reveal! a weekend away on the River Thames in a boat (she is a fan of rivers)
she had tears at the end of it*
the best bit was how she found the presentation. set up a Marquee screensaver directing her to the folder which would auto start and play the presentation. just left the pc on and let her find it, she called me through asking what it was all about.
was great to see her puzzled look, leading to surprise, joy, and the love
