not wise to start spouting stuff about highway codes chief you changed lane/undertook on a roundabout.... sure thats a 'must do' for round-abouts

Im sure it will say that you are not meant to change laes on a roundabout...
if i had not changed lanes i would have hit him.. making this accident my fault... at the end of the day he has put his hands up and said it was his fault.. its no longer going to be a cash job as the work is costing 1042.99 so his insurance are giving me a curtesy car..

Similar as in it was on a roundabout and the guy didn't know what he was doing....
he was in the left lane to go all the way round the round-a-bout.....came across the front of the car

He was simply in the wrong lane (outside) and was going for the 3rd exit..
