depends on the people i think, you only really know some1 when your with them for a really long time, anybody can keep an act up for a while but like already said people change after youv have spent so much time with them and you will eventually find out the real person inside!!
nobody really spends 24/7 7 days a week as there will always be work/hobbies or even friends etc to keep yous apart
in my eyes its not how much time yous spend together its making sure its quality time, when things get heated and arguments start then yeah best thing to do is take a break for a while or just stop whatever your doing whats making things bad for a few days and sit down have a chat and concentrate on doing the things yous both enjoy and try and remember why you fell in love with that person in the first place but if everythings rosy then why not spend all your time with your partner?

When i've spent every day with a g/f...we've always split up after about 6 months because i get bored.

well before I went to Uni, I spent everyday with the girlfriend, been together 2 years in Feb & got engaged at xmas, but I guess it depends on how the relationship pans out.
