Bhp per ton isn't everything Steve!

It's one factor of many.

I was giving it my all, even my exit speed was faster. Had a standard exhaust and didnt roar, so I assume it was standard, both one up. And it might of been the stig, I couldn't see his helmet though becasue he had tints.

Why wouldn't it be? it's had new pistons & piston rings. So it's runs better. And it's got a fully gas-flowed C16XE head, With new valve stem seals and the valves re-lapped.

And making it fatter. It'll be quicker when i get a middle silencer on it. Give it some back preasure. It's like the exhaust has fallen off.

Well when I had it custom built the guys said it wont need a middlebox as it wont lose back pressure, and the backbox still keeps the back pressure.

theres not a 2.0 vvc.. theres a 2 litre TD and quite a few 2 litre turbo conversions around but none as standard... they made a 1.4 105 and 120 and a 1.8 120, 135? (in the tiptronic i think) and the 160.

I would also put money on the MG...
