I don't need any protection in my car, I'll just out run / out drive anyone / anything  (lol!) - only way I'll get done is if there's 2 cars and they box me in down a 1 way street.

i just drive normally if anyone comes after me now (seems to happen a lot round my area,think its mainly pikeys). just make sure you don't get boxed in or blocked as said.

I got chased/followed the other night. Was by my self, just dropped my gf off at home, and on way back to mine (its about 6mile away) noticed a Focus behind me, quite close, didnt think anything of it, then it tried overtaking me, then cut back in behind me, was that close i couldnt see the headlights, then swerving all over behind me, i did 3 laps round some streets near me, followed me all the time, so i rung my dad, got him to come out while i came up my street, seen my dad, flashed headlights then drove off :-S was quite scary.

had this happen to me the other day when i was driving my mates car back home for him, i was driving a 2litre TDI vectra an they were in an ibiza cupra. chasin me for about 20mins, just stuck to near enough the speed limit. they got bored in the end

TBH most of the time it is just bored chavs in a car thinking they are some super driver with amazing skill.
If you dont bite when they start being gay then they just give up, overtake and more than likely make gestures as they drive past in a last attempt to make you bite

Sound like idiots to me, lucky on both counts though. But. Why are you hanging around KFC @ 2am? These sort of chavs operate at this sort of time in those sort of places, I'm not saying you deserve to be threatened at all but hanging around in a modified car nearly always causes people problems - I've had the same problems about 7 years ago when I first passed my test and used to hang around town in the early hours.
