I dunno if it will help, or you'd be willing to try it. But if I can't sleep (usually with things on my mind), I have some Rescue Remedy before bed, and it helps me to get off to sleep. Also you can use it if your feeling a bit stressed with anything.

You can buy it in Boots, good stuff, I recommend it.

Yep rescue remedy is ace stuff, use it a lot before exams, interviews etc.
