The simpsons peaked around season 4 and 5, apart from the odd few episodes in season 6 , anything above just isnt funny I find. Homers stupidity in the older episodes was classic

Simpsons is good all the way to series 12/13 IMO!!

The film was supposed to be the end, Matt Goroening said that in 2003 when they announced it. No more episodes after it. So i expected some major story line accompanied with a big event like maggie speaking, a new baby grampa dying something like that.

But no, it was just a 1hr long episode that at its high points was "amusing"

Whats worse is hardly any charecters were in it

Moe said like 3 words, as did burns

I'm not a big Simpsons fan but thought the film was pretty decent. It didn't have me rolling around on the floor laughing but then neither do the normal episodes.

it wasnt awful, had funny bits, no worse than alot of movies out there, people are only slagging it off because they expected a god like film.
