I can imagine you'll have to send it back. If you could get away with having the item and your money back, everyone would be doing it.

Just going through a dispute myself. Bought some Morettes for my 206, all the information in the advert, and questions I'd asked the seller pointed to them being real... the seller made them out to look like the real deal. Received them and they're the cheapo angel eye replica's which you can get for £140... I paid £195 for what I thought were genuine Morettes.... fucking slag
Not only this, but she promised first class recorded delivery, and it looks to me as though they've been sent by normal post!

i had a similar problem with a phone, it had texts in it etc, and wasnt new, but was in as new condition.
was for my mum, she wasnt fussed, so just went along with it.
then tried phoning her, the phone was blocked, it was an insurance scam.
so filed a paypal dispute after the seller ignored me, then raised it immediately to a higher dispute (forget the real name for it), and got their contact details through ebay, phoned them up and demanded my money or i was driving down to their door, 2 days later, £100 cash arrived in the post and i sent the phone back
