he compared bodybuilding to sex, he said he used to go to the gym and get pumped and he would feel like he was having an orgasm haha, was in an intervieiw with someone, saying how he has sex at home and then goes to the gym and feels like he has more, legend.

You used to think it was a marathon didnt you mark, your girlfriend just thought it was a 1 rep max

Pretty damn awful:

Had a big bust up with half of my friends on new years eve barely talking still
Had a Quiet few months then met a girl I thought was really cool
Got quite smitten for some reason, had a good easter, went camping with a load of new friends I made through her
Went back down hill when we lost CL final in may, split up with her again same night (which was on reflection a good thing).
My flat mate tells me mid june he's going to live back in the isle of man 'next week'
Had a good month in work in the june then got fired on the spot on the 28th (iirc)
Luckily my lease on my flat was up but had to pay last two months rent alone and moved out start of august back to mums house.
Spent august and septemeber looking for jobs and generally feeling shit. Started seeing some other girl who turned out to be a pain in the ass and was not helping in terms of me looking for a job.

Fucked her off half somewhere around end of september maybe?

Got a bit of a break working with old colleagues who set-up there own company which has been up and down but is regular and starting to get better.

Still owe bits of money out due to so long without work but going on holiday on the 27th dec as need to end this year and start the new one on a high

I'm not dwelling on my year tbh, quite upbeat at the moment, everything happens for a reason imo.

Not looking forward to emergency dentist appointment at 2.10 though

Was in one of the shittest jobs going at the new year.
Had a great holiday and birthday in jan/feb.
Suffered from mild depression through the early summer months.
My father was pretty close to dying which was a real shit thing although he is fine again now.
Got a great job offered to me, which i love.
Have quite a bit of money.
And a great family.

Most of my year has been good, although there has been times where its been pretty low.

Aye, my dad had a heart valve replacement about 5 years ago or so, along with a heart attack a month later, the doctors said earlier in the afternoon he was on the verge of having a stroke

He was unable to breathe earlier on in the year, was a scary moment being woken upto screams of help

Good & Bad
Got a job, got 4 a levels, got an amazing girlfriend, new car, helped renovate a house, and had a cracking summer with my mates.... but also one of my mates were stabbed, my car was broken into, got a speeding ticket and had dodgy phone calls for a month.

I'm not even gonna start with my year Or those connected to me either

All I'm trying to concentrate on is getting Xmas/NYE out of the way without too much hassle/thought and think about moving into my new flat in January

Pretty shitty for me, Car kept on f**king up for me and just general things keep on going wrong for me for some strange reason. My head was all over the place and emotions e.g. some days i felt ok but some days i felt awful and not long long ago i nearly chucked my whole life away into doing something stupid which i wont go into. but the plus side is that its nearly new year and ive got a job interview next week so i hope i get this then i can start sorting things out.

not too bad, not a lot's happened to be honest.

I keep meaning to get a new car but still haven't.

Bought a house instead, working steadily away on it and hopefully should be somewhere near completed by July/August 2008.

Works okay(ish) except for a few redundancies and my mentors all leaving

Aside from that I had a long weekend in Brussels and another in Amsterdam - not been away on a full holiday because we have the house now.

Sister moved to Greece in February time, came back 3 weeks ago and moves to les Meniures in the French Alps today until April.

Missus got promoted to General Manager of the 3 hotels in the chain.

All in all, lifes been reasonably good except for traffic and roadworks!
