If i was going to buy a saxo it would have to be a vts,my sister had a vtr as her first car and i didnt find it quick at all.

Matty's Saxo VTR used to kill my 1.4 16v Corsa C. Although my engine went pop shortly after Plus, i can't drive for shit

I like them but as with a lot of modded cars you are forever fixing and tightening things.

my engine was due to go pop, im supprised it lasted till 74k, glad i sold it, the tapping alone was enough, never mind the knocking front suspension the whining pas pump of the dodgey fuel pump

Good price that!

Please please please please dont slam it on its arse it looks terrible people will laugh at you and it severly affects how the car handles.

Nice subtle drop and a nice set of VTS wheels jobs a good one.

The TU lumps benefit from breathing mods so a full exhaust system (not custom long life shit). decent ram filter and a decat will see very good gains.

Guy on Saxosports just added a full exhaust, filter and took the back seats out and it ran a high 15 sec standing quarter!

My brother has a Vtr and I always used to steal the keys when I could and now I own french I aint looking back one bit

dont want vts wheels nd unsure on engine mods as they seem more hasstle than theyre worth

every lad i know that 'decked' a saxo crashed it, and 9 out of 10 rolled at low speeds so im inclined to agree,

lower it yes but do not 'slam' it

i agree. mines down 55 front/70ish rear and feel its just right for looks. maybe not for handling though
